Abstract
Smart logistics and fleet management systems face significant challenges in the digital era, particularly inhandling real-time tracking, route optimization, and delivery efficiency. The implementation ofevent-driven microservices architecture leveraging Spring Boot, Kafka, and Kubernetes addresses thesechallenges through robust data processing and intelligent decision-making capabilities. The architectureincorporates advanced GPS tracking, edge computing for sensor data processing, and AI-driven predictivemodels for route optimization. Through the integration of cloud-native technologies and fault-tolerantdesign patterns, the system achieves remarkable improvements in delivery performance, fuel efficiency, and warehouse operations. The implementation demonstrates the effectiveness of distributed computingin modern logistics, with significant reductions in deployment times, enhanced system availability, andimproved resource utilization. The combination of machine learning algorithms and real-time trafficmonitoring enables dynamic route adjustments and efficient fleet management, leading to substantial costsavings and environmental benefits while maintaining high service reliability.
