The study will employ a quantitative survey methodology to gather data on various aspects, including career aspirations, preferred work environments, desired skill sets, and knowledge of pharmaceutical market research. The findings will provide valuable insights for pharmaceutical companies to tailor their recruitment strategies and enhance their understanding of the evolving needs of young professionals entering the industry.
