Abstract
A Dairy Farm Shop Management System (DFSMS)A proposed system to automate the day-to-day activities of the shop, for example, inventory management, sales processing, invoice generation, and reporting. DFSMS is built on the web platform using PHP, MySQL, and JavaScript; therefore, it offers real-time monitoring of perishable goods, which subsequently decreases losses that arise due to spoilage, in addition to human error. This system will provide managers with reports on sales and the status of stock, hence making proper decisions and maximizing the running of the business.
