Abstract
Health is the entire state of mental, social, and physical well-being. Even though chatbots have been utilized extensively and in a variety of settings in this industry in the past, there is always room for more innovative uses. AI application cases for talks in healthcare can be tailored to fit particular sectors. They can be used by patients to find out additional information about their ailment, potential course of treatment, or even the scope of their insurance. Given that studies have demonstrated that healthcare chatbots may significantly reduce wait times and improve patient satisfaction, several healthcare companies are considering integrating them into their operations. Healy state is characterized by total bodily, mental, and social well-being.Chatbots have various applications in the healthcare sector, such as monitoring, anonymity, personalization, face-to-face communication, and more. Based on the user's input describing the patient's symptoms, the case study will determine the likely ailment category of the patient. Depending on the condition, precautions will be suggested, and the patient will be directed to a doctor who specializes in that field. A sequential model was used to extract the symptoms from the text, and the CNN method was then used to forecast the sort of ailment that the patient will have.
