Abstract
The growing need for socially and ecologically responsible banking practices, as well as the difficulties in putting them into practice, are the subjects of the research problem. The study uses a mixed-method approach, gathering data using both quantitative and qualitative techniques, as well as descriptive and exploratory research. Important conclusions show that although sustainable banking methods are becoming more popular, issues including low consumer knowledge, expensive implementation, and the requirement for uniform regulatory frameworks still exist. The study comes to the conclusion that sustainable banking has the potential to promote environmental responsibility and financial growth, but its success hinges on cooperation between financial institutions, regulators, and consumers as well as on technical developments and laws that encourage it.
