Abstract
The operation of the Automatic Liquid Packaging Machine involves multiple key stages, integrating a conveyor system with an automated liquid filling mechanism to enhance filling complexity. The system initializes in an idle state upon powering on, awaiting user input. The user interacts with the machine via a keypad, specifying the desired liquid quantity for filling. Once the pedal button is pressed, the conveyor system positions an empty container under the filling nozzle, initiating the dispensing process. The system activates the solenoid valve and DC pump to dispense liquid while a flow sensor continuously monitors the flow rate. The microcontroller calculates the dispensed quantity and compares it to the user-defined value. Upon reaching the specified volume, the system automatically stops the DC pump, closes the solenoid valve, and advances the filled container to the next stage for sealing or further processing. If the user wishes to continue filling additional containers with the same quantity, they can simply press the pedal button again. Alternatively, they can modify the quantity before initiating a new filling cycle. Additionally, a secure maintenance mode allows authorized personnel to perform calibration, diagnostics, and system maintenance. By integrating automation into both liquid dispensing and container movement, this system reduces manual labour , improves accuracy, and enhances overall efficiency. Designed for small-scale and cottage industries, it provides an energy-efficient, cost-effective, and user-friendly solution for liquid packaging applications.
