Abstract
Student dropout continues to be a significant challenge within educational systems across the globe. This issue has long-term effects not only on individuals but also on communities and economies. This paper examines the primary factors contributing to student dropout, the consequences faced by individuals who drop out, and reviews potential solutions and interventions aimed at decreasing dropout rates.
