Abstract
In todays competitive job market, job seekersmust leverage innovative tools to enhance their resume-buildingand interview preparation strategies. This paper presents ResumeQuest, an AI-powered system consisting of two integratedmodules: ResumeGen and ResumePredict. ResumeGen uses userprovided information to generate professional, visually appealingresumes in PDF format, optimizing design and readability tohelp candidates stand out. ResumePredict, relying on NaturalLanguage Processing, analyzes resumes in order to formulateinterview questions tailor-made for each candidates abilitiesand experiences for effective preparation. Streamlining theseprocedures, ResumeQuest changes the entire hiring game, givingjob applicants more effective ways to present their credentialswhile helping recruiters evaluate candidates more quickly. Thisstudy highlights the potential of AI and NLP technologies inrevolutionizing recruitment practices to meet the demands of anevolving job market.
