Abstract
This project presents the development of a voice-activated chatbot system integrated with OpenAI's language model and facial recognition technology, deployed on a Raspberry Pi platform. The aim is to create a smart and interactive personal assistant capable of natural language understanding and secure, personalized interactions. The system utilizes a microphone for voice input, which is processed using speech-to-text APIs, and responses are generated using OpenAI's GPT model. Simultaneously, the camera module integrated with the Raspberry Pi performs real-time face recognition using OpenCV and pre-trained machine learning models to identify and authenticate users. This ensures that only authorized individuals can access or interact with the chatbot, enhancing security and personalization. The compact, low-power Raspberry Pi makes the system portable and cost-effective, suitable for smart home automation, educational tools, and personal digital assistants. The fusion of voice interaction and facial recognition offers a more intuitive and secure human-computer interactionexperience."
