Abstract
Employee performance is the result of work achieved in a quality manner by an employee who carries out his duties in accordance with the responsibilities that have been given to him. Employee performance can increase if the employee understands how a person should do his job, therefore companies must also carry out training towards its employees.The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of organizational culture on the performance of Magetan Regency Regional Secretariat employees. To analyze the influence of training on the performance of Magetan Regency Regional Secretariat employees with commitment as an intervening variable.In this research the author used quantitative research methods.The effect of training on performance through commitment is significant at 0.021. The test results show a significant level of relationship between Innovative Behavior and Performance through Commitment. Thus hypothesis seven is acceptedThere is a significant influence on employee performance through organizational culture, training and commitment
