Abstract
The rapid digitalization of the culinary industryhas led to the emergence of food-related applications, primarilyfocused on restaurant-based food delivery services. However, asignificant gap remains in platforms catering to home cooks,culinary enthusiasts, and recipe content creators. Ghar Ka Zaykais an AI-powered, community-driven digital platform designedto revolutionize the home cooking experience. By integratingmachine learning-based personalized recipe recommendations,blockchain authentication for recipe originality, and a socialnetworking model, the platform fosters an interactive ecosystemwhere users can share, explore, and collaborate on diverseculinary creations.Developed using React Native and Firebase, the application provides real-time interactions, AI-powered content personalization, and secure cloud-based data storage. The reciperecommendation system is built on collaborative and contentbased filtering algorithms trained on a dataset of over 100,000recipes. Additionally, blockchain technology ensures the integrityof user-generated content by implementing SHA-256 hashing andEthereum smart contracts, preventing recipe duplication andplagiarism.This research presents an in-depth analysis of the systemarchitecture, AI recommendation algorithms, blockchain-basedsecurity mechanisms, performance evaluations, and user engagement metrics. A series of benchmark tests and user studies wereconducted to evaluate the platforms efficiency, accuracy, andusability. Results indicate a 70Furthermore, this paper explores scalability options, includingnatural language processing (NLP) for voice-enabled cookingassistants, multilingual content expansion, and integration withIoT smart kitchen devices.
