Abstract
The IT outsourcing industry is a critical driver of the global economy, but it faces significant recruitment challenges, including prolonged hiring cycles, high costs, and talent shortages. This study investigates the transformative potential of HR automation and analytics in addressing these challenges. Using a mixed-methods approach, the research combines quantitative surveys and qualitative interviews to analyse the impact of automation tools and data-driven insights on recruitment efficiency. Key findings reveal that HR automation reduces time-to-hire by 30% and cost-per-hire by 18%, while analytics improves candidate-job matching accuracy by 22%. The study highlights the importance of aligning HR technology with business strategies and provides actionable recommendations for IT outsourcing firms to optimize their recruitment processes. The findings underscore the critical role of automation and analytics in enhancing recruitment efficiency, offering a competitive edge in a rapidly evolving industry.
