Abstract
ABSTRACT:-Based on continuing and validated clinical trials, this review focuses on the medicinal benefits and effectiveness of cannabis. Indian medical professionals have been using cannabis plant parts for the treatment of numerous illnesses, syndromes, and disorders since 5,000 years ago. The synthetic cannabinoid nabilone is authorized for the treatment of severe Vomiting and nausea brought on by chemotherapy for cancer.
