Abstract:E-commerce has not only revolutionized logistics and supply chainbut also poses threats and high insecurity. This transition from traditional retail to online commerce has led to a greater need for prompt deliveries, optimized inventories, andlast-mile logistics. The finding of this research validates the influenceof e-commerce on supply chain through evaluating information technology benefits, operations changes, and cost analysis. Quantitative and qualitative analysis were both used in a mixed-method approach to measureindustry trends, customer expectations and logistical challenges. According to your data, when companies adopt automation, real-time tracking, and data-driven decision-making processes, they benefit from reduced errors, time savings, and an overall increasein efficiency, along with higher levels of customer satisfaction.But challenges such as limited operational costs,supply chain disruption and sustainability concerns persist. This gives businesses a lot of competition and a lotto adapt to in logistics. These key insights highlight the importance of developing adaptive policies, requiringinvestment in smart logistics and emphasizing cooperation between each actor in the supply chain to reach optimal efficiency.
