Abstract
Intravenous (IV) therapy frequently results in thrombosis and phlebitis, which pose serious concerns to patient safety. In order to prevent, diagnose, and treat these illnesses, nursing professionals are essential. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the nursing staff's understanding of thrombosis and phlebitis at Parul Sevashram Hospital, pinpoint knowledge gaps, and suggest methods to improve patient care.
