Abstract
Colorectal cancer (CRC) is one of theleading causes of cancer-related deathsworldwide, emphasizing the need for earlyand accurate detection. This project presentsan AI-driven approach for CRC diagnosisusing deep learning. A ResNet-basedconvolutional neural network (CNN) modelis trained on the Kaggle - Colorectal CancerHistology Dataset to classifyhistopathological images and identifycancerous tissues. The workflow involvesimage upload, preprocessing, modelevaluation, and result interpretation. If CRCis detected, the system directs users to ahospital application form for further medicalassistance; otherwise, a congratulatorymessage is displayed. Implemented entirelyin Python, this automated system enhancesdiagnostic accuracy and aids in earlydetection, potentially improving patientoutcomes.
