Abstract
The verification and documentation of real estatetransactions in the finance sector is a time-consuming and susceptibleto errors, traditionally involving the manual extractionof data from property documents to generate a report. Theresearch within this paper looks into how OCR (Optical CharacterRecognition) is applied to automate extraction, validation,and processing of key data such as property addresses forscanned documents complying with legal requirements. Dataverification and intelligent error detection mechanisms throughwhich artificial intelligence and machine learning techniques areintegrated into the system ensure a certain level of accuracy andreliability in document generation.The OCR-based proposed solution reduces processing timessignificantly, minimizes human error, and enhances overall productivityin the legal verification workflow. This approach willoptimize the creation of compliantly legal documents whileautomating data extraction and validation for the efficient andaccurate processing of real estate transactions in the financesector.
